Broadband Stimulus

The ARRA allocates $7.2B for broadband access to be administered by the NTIA and RUS agencies as shown below. This package is targeted at eliminating the digital divide between rural and other under-served areas. Optical and Ethernet solutions supplied by ADVA Optical Networking are a natural choice for backhauling these new services.
